OPEN DAYS
Open days will be held regularly and parents will be notified accordingly. The open days will provide an opportunity to discuss matters of mutual interest affecting your child’s education.
Parents are most welcome to discuss their child’s progress with APA, outside the open days, provided it is done after the normal teaching hours, however an appointment is required.

ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE TAKING
Parents must ensure that learners attend Madrasah regularly. Only in serious cases will the child be allowed leave. Poor attendance retards progress. A note from the parent is required upon returning to Madrasah. EARLY LEAVE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED to learners with special arrangements by parent/ guardian in advance.
NB: The office needs to be notified by the parent in such cases.

BIRTHDAYS
It is our appeal to parents/guardians to refrain from “celebrating” their children’s birthdays, which is against the teaching of Shariah. Parents will NOT be allowed to distribute any sweets, cake etc. in the Madrasah, on the occasion of the child’s birthday. Please assist us to eradicate this un-Islamic celebration. Our condoning and encouragement of this practice gives the child the impression that celebrating birthdays is permissible – this is a false concept of Islam.

The main aim of the Madrasah is to educate and guide the children within the guidelines of Shariah . The school can never take the place of the parental home, but rather, it is an extension of the home. Education cannot take place without the full co-operation and support of the parents. The THREE PIVOTAL STAKEHOLDERS in the child’s character build up are the PARENT, CHILD and TEACHER. We earnestly urge all parents to assist us in achieving our Ta’leemi goals.

Your co-operation will be highly appreciated. Jazakumullahu-Khair

It is our fervent Du’aa that Allah Ta’aala makes our children pious, righteous, the coolness of our eyes and a means of entrance into Jannat. Aameen

NB: All students will be assessed and graded accordingly.
